Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective Date: 03 March 2026

Vetrival India provides professional IT services under contractual agreements.


1. Project-Based Services

  • Cancellation must be submitted in writing.

  • Clients are responsible for payment of work completed up to the cancellation date.

  • Custom implementations are non-refundable once delivered.


2. Retainer or Managed Services

  • Notice period: Minimum 30 days before the next billing cycle.

  • Services will continue during the notice period.

  • No refunds for partially completed billing cycles.


3. Licensing & Third-Party Fees

  • Provider policies govern third-party subscription fees.

  • Vetrival India is not liable for refunds of external vendor fees.


4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 30 business days.

  • Refund method will match the original payment method where possible.


5. Disputes

Any disputes must be raised within 7 days of invoice issuance. Disputes will be reviewed and resolved in accordance with the contractual terms.
