Cancellation & Refund Policy
Effective Date: 03 March 2026
Vetrival India provides professional IT services under contractual agreements.
1. Project-Based Services

Cancellation must be submitted in writing.

Clients are responsible for payment of work completed up to the cancellation date.

Custom implementations are non-refundable once delivered.
2. Retainer or Managed Services

Notice period: Minimum 30 days before the next billing cycle.

Services will continue during the notice period.

No refunds for partially completed billing cycles.
3. Licensing & Third-Party Fees

Provider policies govern third-party subscription fees.

Vetrival India is not liable for refunds of external vendor fees.
4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 30 business days.

Refund method will match the original payment method where possible.
5. Disputes
Any disputes must be raised within 7 days of invoice issuance. Disputes will be reviewed and resolved in accordance with the contractual terms.
