  • We are not responsible for business losses caused by external platform failures.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services as defined in signed contracts. Upon termination:

  • All outstanding payments become due.

  • Access to services may be discontinued.

  • Confidential data will be handled as per agreement terms.

9. Governing Law
